Jose Atiles is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Recently, Dr. Atiles was selected for the February 2023 Latina/o/x Criminology Scholar Spotlight, which is part of the American Society of Criminology.
