Please join us in congratulating Jessennya Hernandez, a PhD candidate in the Department of Sociology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, who was elected to serve on the council of the Sexualities section of ASA as the student representative for the upcoming year. She will also continue to serve on her elected role as the graduate student representative on the Race, Class, Gender council.
